The Digital Adaptive

Mark Kennedy once made an amusing statement about today’s technology:

“All of the biggest technological inventions created by man – the airplane, the automobile, the computer, the cell phone – says little about his intelligence, but speaks volumes about his laziness.”

Somehow the tenacious Tim Torres, who grew up in Modesto, California, learned how to “barely survive” with the atrocious setbacks of the automobile, the computer, the World Wide Web, and wireless communication.  He survived three colleges, and is finishing up at a fourth, with degrees ranging from christian education, organizational leadership, and computer science.

Tim is currently the IT Security Administrator for Sutter Healthe and is also an IT Consultant when he has the free time, but that’s if he’s not running a marathon, traveling the world, or playing a competitive game of golf!  He owns a home in Turlock, CA, and is looked after by his dog, Ollie, a Schnoodle.
